ADS WORKSPACE
Terms of Service
Effective September 12, 2026
Ads Workspace is currently a personal, controlled beta operated by Asahi Ryo (individual). By using it, you agree to these terms and to authorize only Google Ads accounts that you are permitted to access.
Service scope
The service connects selected Google Ads accounts, runs bounded read-only audits, presents stored evidence, and supports review of narrowly defined recommendations. Google Ads changes are disabled for this beta. A future release may separately enable exact-negative creation or keyword pausing, but only through the service’s approval and verification controls.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account secure and provide accurate organization and authorization information.
- Use the service only for accounts and data you have authority to manage.
- Review evidence, limitations, and proposed changes before approving any action.
- Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other tenants, or use it in violation of Google’s terms or applicable law.
Google services
Google OAuth and Google Ads are third-party services governed by Google’s own terms and policies. Ads Workspace cannot guarantee account access, consent approval, API availability, review outcomes, or advertising results. Revoking Google access may stop connected features.
Beta availability
The service may change, pause, or end during the beta. Audit output is informational and does not guarantee performance, savings, or suitability. Preserve your own business records and verify material decisions in Google Ads.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect users, data, the service, or legal and policy compliance. You may stop using the service, unlink accounts, revoke Google access, or request organization deletion at any time, subject to safe reconciliation of unresolved provider work.
Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms or to Google-data use will be communicated before they take effect where required. Questions should be sent to support@adkick.site, the operator support address also shown on the Google consent screen.
